Thank you for your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an error was made on our part.
No Refunds or Returns

Products that are not manufactured or customized by us are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products damaged during shipping. Once an order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers must file any damage claims directly with the carrier.
Exceptions – Our Error Only
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

You received the wrong item, or

The product has a verified manufacturing defect caused by us.
If this occurs, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
